Duration of MBBS

The first 12-18 months focuses on building a strong foundation in theoretical subjects in medicine and is called the Bachelor of Science(BS) program. BS or Pre-medical in Philippines is generally a BS in Biology or BS in Psychology. The next four years is the core medicine and clinical rotation. Students have to undergo clinical rotations in the last year of MBBS(MD) program, in which they will be allotted a hospital where the University has a tie up and treat patients under the guidance and supervision of an experienced doctor.
